Information used by the service
Staff accounts use identity and session information. Workspaces contain team memberships, event details, uploaded media, and records needed to operate the service. Contact requests include the details you submit.
Public and private content
Workspace administrators choose event visibility. Public content may be viewed and shared by others. Unlisted links are bearer access and can be forwarded. Download controls cannot prevent screenshots.
No biometric identification
The v1 product does not collect visitor selfies or perform face detection, face indexing, biometric matching, or identity recognition.
Access and removal requests
Use the contact form to raise a privacy or removal request. Include the relevant gallery or account context. Exact retention and backup-purge periods must be finalized before production; this draft makes no fixed retention guarantee.
